When you use Choicegenics, we may request permission to access your Google Drive files. Specifically, we may collect:

  • Your basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture)

  • Files and folders in your Google Drive that you choose to interact with through our app

3. How we use your information
We use your Google Drive data only to:

  • allow you to back up selected files.

  • import your backup files

We do not use your Google Drive data for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

4. How we share your information
We do not share your Google Drive data with third parties except:

  • As required by law

  • To maintain and improve the functionality of our app

  • With your explicit consent

5. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Access to your Google Drive data is secured using industry-standard encryption and OAuth 2.0.

You can revoke our access to your Google Drive at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page.

Choicegenics Choicegenics is an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) app for persons with special needs, who may have speech and language challenges and use an auditory-visual method of communication. The app provides features to create boards using images and texts. Actions, such as text to speech and navigation to other boards can be configured on choice selection to provide immediate feedback and continued communication opportunity. Boards can be created at home level, and also inside folders for ease of access and logical categorization. The boards inside a folder can be linked to provide paginated choices. Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms By using Choicegenics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. 2. Description of Service Choicegenics provides a tool to create and organize your choice boards created by adding text or  images from your device.  It provides a way to backup you app data to your google drive. You must have a valid Google account to use the backup feature of the app. 3. User Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate information. Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Google’s Terms of Service. Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the App. 4.
